ORDER DISPATCH DELAYS

 

Please allow up to three weeks for your order to be dispatched due to COVID-19 delays in our warehouse. We normally dispatch on the NEXT day, apologize for any inconvenience.

We know you would like your order delivered as fast as possible - we want that too, we guarantee use express delivery for all our order, we are offering free express delivery for orders above $55 within Australia and $79 for New Zealand.

Shipping Fee

 

Interstate Order

For all orders delivery within Australia, $7.95 shipping fee for all standard orders and $9.95 for express orders under $55, and free shipping for orders over $55.

New Zealand Order

For all orders delivery to New Zealand, $9.95 shipping fee for all standard orders and $14.95 for express orders under $79, and free shipping for orders over $79.

 

Lost or Delay In-Transit Orders

If you have not received your online order within 10 business days, please feel free to contact us, and we will request an investigation with the responsible Delivery Service.

RETURNS

In the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email info@thelittlebigwindmill.com.au

If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock), or refund once we have received the returned item.
 

We cannot process a return for a faulty garment if we do not get the opportunity to view and inspect the fault.

We will cover the costs of return shipping.
Please do not send anything back to us if we have not been made aware of the issue/ fault and discussed this with you. 

Please inspect all goods upon arrival and ensure to get any returns back to us within the 21 day timeline advised above.

Sending via tracked courier or post with tracking number also ensures that your parcel does not go missing.
